New Sony Ericsson XPERIA X12 'Anzu' with Android 2.3

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X12 or Anzu will be the next Android flagship
smartphone in line of Xperia series and it hoped to launch with Android
2.3 or 3.0 versions. The first live shot of the rumored device has just
been spotted in the wild and word is the smartphone is about to arrive
in Q1 2011. The phone is an early prototype currently running Android
2.1, but will use Android Gingerbread on retail launch. Even in its
current state the phone is said to be very fast and it will record at
1080 resolution and come equipped with a front-facing camera and HDMI
port.
Sony Ericsson Anzu features like the handset is very slim and thinner
than the Galaxy S. It feels very solid in the hand. The display was
also given particular credit with very crisp and vivid colors and to
pack a large 4.3" display. There 's no idea what kind of display it is
using, but let 's at least hope SE has implemented multi-touch this
time. It also has a secondary video-call camera, an HDMI port as well
as a 12MP camera with 720p video recording. Its also rumored that phone
may be branded as a BRAVIA phone instead of XPERIA. The loudspeaker and
in-ear performance of the ANZU is much clearer/louder than the X10. The
pre-marketing Anzu sample on the leaked image runs the Android 2.1
Eclair but the final version of the smartphone is expected to be
powered by the upcoming Android 2.3 Gingerbread. We hope that it'll
surely follow the success of Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10.
