Change closed user group (settings=>security settings=>user groups) to
00000 and your phone will sound the message tone when you are near a
radar speed trap.
Setting it to 500 will cause your phone 2 set off security alarms at
shop exits.
Try this secret trick if you can handle the unexpected.
Note: This secret trick wont work with all phones Models.

I am also facing Voice MSG when I used to call STD no. that the airtel no. you have dialed is not member of closed user group. Please check the no. you have dialed.

I have searched a lot for this on Internet but of no use. I saw blogs for this item. So I got to know that to deactivate the feature on Android smart phone, one has to follow some steps :
Steps :
1. Go to Home Screen
2. Tap on “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Select “Network”
5. Tap on “Closed User Group”
6. Tap on “Deactivate”
You have successfully done !!
On my Android mobile these option are not available.
Kindly advise me accordingly.
